In October, Pedro Santos and Tiago Ferreira from the University of Coimbra (Portugal) completed a two-week internship in our Group as a part of the collaboration due to the NAWA bilateral Polish-Portuguese research project entitled “Organization, chiral recognition and chiral selection in drug-liposome systems studied via chiroptical spectroscopy and molecular modeling”. During their stay, they broaden their knowledge in the field of chiroptical spectroscopy and experience in performing chiroptical spectra, in particular VCD, as well as data processing and analysis. Apart from studying, it was also a great opportunity to visit Kraków and discover local attractions.
The project will continue next year.
